2. Hosting and server logs

This website runs on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. On every request the server logs browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, IP address and time of the request. These logs keep the service running safely and are deleted after 14 days. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

3. Cloudflare

We use the content delivery network and DDoS protection of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Every request to this website passes through Cloudflare servers, which process the IP address and technical connection data. Transfers to the USA rest on the EU standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which Cloudflare has joined. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

4. Customer account and sign-in

A customer account is created when you take out a subscription. We store your e-mail address, your Stripe customer id, the status of your subscription, your language and what you enter in the setup form (name of the assistant, domain, description, link to your material). Sign-in works with a link by e-mail; there is no password. We set a technically necessary session cookie (bc_session, 30 days), a cookie against form abuse (bc_csrf) and a cookie for the chosen language (bc_lang). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The data stays as long as the account exists; on request we delete the account.

5. Payment through Stripe

Payments are processed by Stripe: Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland, and Stripe, Inc., 354 Oyster Point Blvd, South San Francisco, CA 94080, USA. You enter your payment details directly at Stripe; we never see them. Stripe shares with us your e-mail address, billing address, subscription status and invoice data. 6. E-mail

Sign-in links and notices about your subscription are sent through a mail server of ALL-INKL.COM Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

7. Contact by e-mail

When you write to us, we keep your message and your address to handle the request. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR.

8. No analytics, no advertising

This website uses no analytics or advertising tools and loads no third-party content other than Cloudflare.

9. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Write to [email protected].

You can complain to a data protection authority, for example the one where you live.
